Is my information sold?

Who can see my posts?

Only your friends — and, if you choose for that post, their friends. Nothing is public, and nothing shows up in search engines.

Is it encrypted?

Everything travels between the app and our servers over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS), and our database backups are encrypted. Posts and messages are not end-to-end encrypted.

Do the people I invite have to pay?

Yes — each person has their own membership. The exception is a gift: founding members can give lifetime memberships, and anyone who receives one never pays.

Why isn’t there a free version?

A free version would have to be paid for some other way, and on social media that means ads or your data. A subscription keeps it simple: you pay for the app, so the app works for you.

How do I cancel?

From your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Billing details

What happens to my posts if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. Cancelling doesn’t delete your account, so your posts are still there if you come back. To remove everything, delete your account in the app under Privacy & Data.

What’s the difference between monthly and yearly?

Same app, same features. Yearly is $49.99, which saves 17% compared with 12 months at $4.99. Founding memberships are only available on the yearly plan.
